Our Story

... One of his clients gained a job at a grocery store and even though it was a part-time, entry-level job, Ryan quickly noticed that this job changed his life.  

The client found: self-esteem, meaning, and friends at his new job.

Ryan looked around at all of his clients and saw that individuals on the Spectrum wanted to work and were very talented but no one was giving them the career advice they needed.  

He also saw that businesses weren't aware of the talent that people on the Spectrum could bring to their companies. 

That's when he picked up the phone, called up businesses and asked if they would consider hiring someone on the Spectrum.

Many forward-thinking businesses were into this.  And not just grocery stores — but many different industries such as: tech and entertainment.  

Shortly after this, Ryan gathered the best job coaches he could find and formed ClearWeave Careers.  

To this day we're knock'n on doors at new businesses across the country and finding the best ways for our team to weave people in!

We found that many connections weren’t being made.

The companies that could benefit from hiring someone on the Spectrum did not know these individuals were looking to work. And on the Spectrum-side – many individuals just needed a “helping hand” in searching, presentation, and being assertive / effective communicators.

To bridge the gap. We connect and weave you into the workforce so you can thrive.

We help corporations train / educate their team members to integrate the neurodiverse.
