Details:
One of our mentors meets with you for one hour – once or twice per week – every week.
This is typically done over Zoom – and in certain areas – in-person. (If you prefer in-person: please ask us if we have a mentor in your area).
We identify goals (in addition to, or aside from independence – for example – completing college) and we work on objectives to attain those goals. Some objectives include: improving your organizational skills, improving planning, staying focused, and finding social experiences.
We also identify challenges. Some are likely holding you back. Some examples: lack of organizational skills, poor planning, poor communication skills, and deficits in focusing toward your goals.
No contract is needed. You can use us as you need (much like the scenario found with a therapist’s practice).
