Yes.  ClearWeave Careers works remotely with clients throughout the United States while tailoring each employment search to the client’s own local area. Our team can meet with clients virtually, research employers near where they live, identify appropriate opportunities, conduct direct employer outreach, and support the job-search process from anywhere in the country.

We typically accept private pay, however, there may be additional ways to pay for this. We have been paid by several state entities and are willing to walk you through the process of potential state funding.  There is no guarantee regarding state funding, but we will do our best and help you try.

Yes. You do not need to live near a ClearWeave office to receive services. ClearWeave Careers serves autistic and neurodivergent job seekers throughout the United States and can research and contact employers in the client’s own local community, regardless of where they live. We have successfully helped clients secure employment in multiple states, and our services are available nationwide.

Yes. ClearWeave Careers helps neurodivergent individuals at all stages of the employment process, including those who have never had a job before. We work with each client to identify strengths, interests, support needs, and realistic employment goals, then help build the skills and confidence needed to pursue work.

Our support can include career exploration, résumé development, job-search assistance, interview preparation, employer research, and direct outreach to businesses. Because ClearWeave serves clients throughout the United States, we can tailor the employment search to the client’s own local area.

Yes. ClearWeave Careers can help identify volunteer opportunities that match your son or daughter’s interests, strengths, and support needs before moving into paid employment. Volunteering can be a useful way to build confidence, develop workplace skills, establish a routine, gain experience, and strengthen a résumé.

Because ClearWeave serves clients throughout the United States, we can research volunteer opportunities in the client’s own local area and help identify options that may be a good fit.
